WVU is the Winningest Football Program in the New Big 12
At 774 all-time wins, the West Virginia Mountaineers sit comfortably atop the new Big 12 as the winningest football program. There are only two other schools that have reached 700 all-time wins (Colorado and Utah).
The winningest program of this year's newest members is Cincinnati with 658, followed by BYU (612), Houston (468), and Central Florida (289). Despite all the success the Cowboys have had under Mike Gundy, Oklahoma State checks in at No. 7 in the new Big 12, but they are the second-winningest program from the original Big 12 behind Colorado, who was a member from 1996-2010.
