WVU S Anthony Wilson Commits to Country Roads Trust

Another big piece of the defense is set to return in 2024.

Friday morning, another big piece of the West Virginia defense announced his intentions to return to the program in 2024 as veteran safety Anthony Wilson committed to a partnership with Country Roads Trust.

Wilson transferred to West Virginia last offseason from Georgia Southern and made a big impact in year one. He finished the season as the second-leading tackler with 80, sitting behind Lee Kpogba. He also recorded five passes defended, 1.5 tackles for loss, and an interception.

The following players are committed to working with the Trust in 2024:
