WVU Uniform Combo for the Gold Rush vs. Texas Tech

The Mountaineers uniform combination is set

The West Virginia Mountaineers will wear all gold in the Gold Rush game versus the Texas Tech Red Raiders Saturday afternoon.

The decision to wear gold helmets, gold jerseys, and gold pants was voted on during the Ladies Huddle over the summer. Head coach Neal Brown trotted out two options in a round of voting with the other options featuring the blue helmet rather than the gold.

Thursday night, West Virginia released the uniform on social media.
