49ers Host West Virginia DL Dante Stills for Pre-Draft Visit

Some interest from San Francisco in the former Mountaineer.

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Dante Stills has completed a pre-draft visit with the San Francisco 49ers. He also met formally with the 49ers at the NFL Combine back in February, showing that they have a true interest in the former Mountaineer.

In addition to the Niners, Stills also met with the Bills, Buccaneers, Chiefs, Packers, Patriots, and Texans at the Combine a couple of months back.

Stills broke two program records in his final season in the Old Gold & Blue, becoming the new leader in games played (59) and tackles for loss (52.5). He was recognized as a member of the All-Big 12 First Team on three separate publications in each of the last two seasons.

The 2023 NFL Draft will begin next Thursday but Stills won't hear his name called until Friday or Saturday. He is projected to be a day-three pick or a priority undrafted free agent.
