Canarsie (NY) running back Lamy Constant's offer list is already beyond impressive.

The Brooklyn native currently holds over 20 offers, including Florida, Miami, Michigan, Tennessee and many others.

Yet when West Virginia came knocking with an offer of its own in January, Constant wasted little time getting down to Morgantown to check things out for himself.

"It was honestly an awesome time on campus," the consensus four-star back said of his visit to WVU last week. "What stuck out was merely how genuine and down-to-earth the staff was. Also, the facilities as well as the academic opportunities seem to be second to none. This visit really set the bar extremely high for anywhere else I plan to go."

That "family feeling" seems to have gained the 5-foot-11 and 200-pound back's interest. And for Constant, it starts at the very top.

"Honestly, he seems like a real honest and genuine coach," Constant said of head coach Neal Brown. "He is a pro at having all-around great people and helpers in the community as well as studs on the field."

Currently, Constant doesn't have a decision date set and says visits to other schools are "still being planned out."

When it does come time to make a decision, however, Constant added that a "family feel and an honest, caring environment" will be crucial in landing his talents.

One thing is for sure, though. Constant does have plans to visit Morgantown again.

"Definitely. It's a must to get back up there."
