Latest Bowl Projections: Wisconsin's Path Forward 

After a season filled with challenges the Wisconsin Badgers redeemed themselves with Saturday's 24-17 victory over Nebraska, securing bowl eligibility in the process.

According to the latest bowl projections released by USAToday, the Badgers are projected to face the Kansas Jayhawks in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl. The Jayhawks are led by a coach with Wisconsin roots, Lance Leipold.

A Familiar Face in a New Matchup 

This potential bowl game would be the first time the Badgers face the Jayhawks in football history. Lance Leipold, a Wisconsin-Whitewater alum and former head coach, now leads Kansas. Both teams currently hold a 4-4 record in their respective conference plays, setting the stage for a balanced and exciting matchup.
