After spending his entire career with the Houston Texans, tight end Owen Daniels signed a one-year contract with the Ravens this season. Daniels is coming off his worst year as a pro, grabbing only 24 receptions for 252 yards, both career-lows.

Viewed as one of the top safeties in the 2013 NFL Draft class, Elam was selected by the Ravens with the 32nd pick. Baltimore's coaching staff is hoping Elam will bring the electrifying playmaking ability he's known for to the NFL this season.

The Nicholls State product signed a 6-year extension in 2012, reportedly worth $50 million with more than $20 million guaranteed. Webb then went on to tear his ACL that season, sidelining him until last year when he started all 16 games.

After tearing his ACL in the 2013 BCS Championship against Alabama, rookie defensive end Lewis-Moore will start his professional career on injured reserve. He's pictured here doing some knee strengthening exercises in hopes of getting back in time for the upcoming season.

Josh Bynes

A physical linebacker out of Auburn, Bynes' stats have increased gradually over his short stint in the NFL. He's signed to an exclusive rights tender for the upcoming season and will look to fight for the starting left inside linebacker position with second-year Raven Arthur Brown.

Jimmy Smith

A young cornerback still looking to develop, Jimmy Smith was instrumental in the waning moments of the Ravens' Super Bowl victory in the 2012 season. Last year, Smith had 58 combined tackles and two forced fumbles.

Gino Gradkowski

After following the same path to Baltimore as Super Bowl MVP Joe Flacco, Gradkowski sat behind center Matt Birk for one season before taking the reins. The third-year pro started every game for the Ravens last season and will look to extend that streak.

Eugene Monroe

The Ravens traded away fourth and fifth round picks in the 2014 NFL Draft for Monroe and later resigned the solid offensive tackle to a five-year contract. Monroe has started all but three games in his six-year career.

DeAngelo Tyson

In his third season in the NFL, defensive tackle DeAngelo Tyson is looking to break into the rotation on the defensive line. Right now, Tyson is listed as the second stringer behind Chris Canty on the Ravens' depth chart.

Smith added to those numbers by leading the team in passes defended (18) and also contributed five sacks, three interceptions and two forced fumbles. In a 30-9 rout of the Houston Texans in Week 3 last season, Daryl Smith scored on a 37-yard interception return.

Courtney Upshaw

Upshaw was a standout linebacker at Alabama, and in his short time with the Ravens, he's been a solid force stopping the run. Last season, Upshaw's numbers slid a little bit, but he's looking to rebound in 2014.

Bernard Pierce

Over the last few seasons, running back Bernard Pierce has helped Ray Rice carry the load. With legal troubles casting doubt on Rice's future playing career, Pierce will look to make himself available if the opportunity to start presents itself.

Arthur Brown

Listed behind Josh Bynes on the Ravens' depth chart, the Kansas State product will look to insert himself in the starting rotation on the defensive front.

Albert McClellan

Also fighting for a starting position, right inside linebacker Albert McClellan was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Marshall in 2010. McClellan will be competing with Daryl Smith for the starting spot.

Aaron Mellette

With their Super Bowl hangover now effectively outlasted, the Ravens can prepare themselves for a season free of questions about replacing the loss of nearly their entire defensive nucleus. Now, it's time to go to work.
