Unicycling is hard enough on a flat road, or up a hill, but John LeSage and 18 other unicyclists rode through the mountains of Moab, Utah for some "extreme unicycling."

The footage in the video is all from GoPros that are mounted on rocks, helmets and unicycles.

The video, made by GoPro, shows off the capabilities of the camera. The YouTube description says the riders are taking part in "what some would consider unnecessary recklessness."
