ALGS 2023 Split 2 Playoffs in London: Which Apex Legends Teams Qualified?

  • 40 teams throughout the world qualified for the ALGS 2023 Split 2 Playoffs in London where they’ll compete for a prize pool of $1,000,000.
  • The ALGS 2023 Split 2 Playoffs will take place on July 13th starting with the Group Stages and conclude on July 16th with the finals.
  • The qualifying teams consist of 11 from North America, 5 from South America, 10 from EMEA, 9 from APAC-N and 5 from APAC-S.

Following a grueling two months of Apex Legends Global Series Pro League, the five regions have finished their regular season and their regional finals. With winners crowned at the regional finals and point totals added up, the final 40 teams have been decided to participate in the 2023 ALGS Split 2 Playoffs.

When Is the 2023 ALGS Split 2 Playoffs?

The Split 2 Playoffs will take place in mid July and be split into three stages. Starting on July 13th and 14th with group stage play. 40 teams will be split into four groups of ten teams each and play a 6 game series, for a total of 18 games for every team.

After this stage, the twenty highest scoring teams will go to the winners bracket and the lowest twenty will go to the losers bracket.

The next stage of the Split 2 Playoffs will be bracket play. The winners bracket will play a 6 game series and the losers bracket will play two 6 game series.

The top ten teams from the winner brackets will advance to the finals, while the remaining teams will drop to the losers bracket round 2 to play against the top 10 teams from losers bracket round 1. The top ten teams from the losers bracket round 2 will advance to the finals.

In the finals the twenty remaining teams will play with no match limit until someone wins using the match point format. The remaining teams will be placed based on how many points they’ve earned.

Prizing for the 2023 ALGS Split 2 Playoffs

These teams will be competing for a prize pool of $1,000,000. First place will earn $300,000, second place will earn $160,000 and third place will earn $105,000. The rest will be distributed to the teams who place 4th through 20th with the bottom half going home with nothing.

These are the top 40 teams to qualify for the London LAN for the 2023 ALGS Split 2 Playoffs. The North American region has 11 teams, South American region has 5, the EMEA region has 10, APAC-N region has 9 and APAC-S region has 5.

Where can you watch the ALGS Split 2 Playoffs?

he continuation of the ALGS 2022-2023 season will take place in London the weekend of July 14th through the 16th at the Split 2 Playoffs. 40 teams from the North American, EMEA, South American, APAC-N and APAC-S regions will compete for a $1,000,000 prize pool with the winners taking home $300,000.
