As previously stated, there are 50 total achievements in Mortal Kombat 1. Some are harder than others. While some are automatically earned by simply following the storyline, others are only unlocked when you do something unexpected. Here is how to get all 50 Mortal Kombat 1 achievements.

1. Become A Ninja In No Time - Complete the basic tutorial
2. Eye Of The TaiGore - Spend a total of 1 hour in practice
3. A New Timeline - Complete 50% of story mode
4. What Just Happened?? - Complete 100% of story mode
5. Who Was That??? - Complete chapter 15 twice
6. Titan - Deal 10,000 damage to opponents
7. Beaten And Broken - Spill 5,000 pints of blood
8. It Has Begun!!! - Complete the Cage Mansion tutorial
9. Kontender - Play 5 Kombat League sets
10. Deadly Assassin - Perform 20 different fatalities

If you collect all 50, you also get:

1. Kompletionist - Get all of the trophies

Mortal Kombat 1 Trophies

There are 51 trophies total in Mortal Kombat 1. You get a trophy for each achievement, including Kompletionist.

But, interestingly enough, you can only get the 51st trophy if you are playing on PlayStation. Kompletionist is a Sony exclusive platinum trophy. Beyond this trophy, there are also bronze, silver, and gold trophies.
