Top heroes and items have been nerfed in Dota 2 update 7.35c.

Valve is continuously attempting to balance its popular competitive MOBA and update 7.35c is focused on that effort. While some are let down by the patch being a bit smaller than expected, it still has focused on some heavy hitters.

Dota 2 Changes in Update 7.35c

Meepo finally found himself as one of the most powerful heroes in Dota 2 for the first time but it may have been a bit too powerful. He received a significant nerf this time around, with Dig's max health restore getting reduced by 10%. His stats when using Mega Meepo were also decreased.

Doom was also a major target of the latest update's nerfs. After being banned in almost every match at the latest Tier 1 tournament, BetBoom Dacha Dubai, developers clearly wanted to make him a bit less disruptive. Doom's bonus movement speed is decreased, Scorched Earth's talent damage was decreased, and his ultimate duration was decreased a lot.

Dragon Knight is another standout in 7.35c. His ultimate, Elder Dragon Form, was massively nerfed. It now has slower movement, attack speed, and reduced magic resistance.

Lion's Mana Drain ability was hit in the last update. The overall slow was decreased by 5% and the bonuses from Shard were additionally nerfed quite substantially.

Faceless Void isn't as heavily picked as the previous heroes but that didn't stop developers from hitting him with a nerf. His base armor was decreased, Time Dilation's cooldown was slowed, and Time Lock no longer gives him bonus damage against creeps.

When it comes to Dota 2 items, Valds got nerfed quite majorly along with Mage Slayer, which received a 5% decrease to its Magic Resistance bonus and a decrease to its debuff duration. Shiva's Guard had its cost heavily increased and Parasma requires a 400 gold recipe. This popular item also had its intelligence bonus decreased.
