What Will Be Revealed at the Next Pokémon Presents?

Pokémon has not revealed what will be discussed during the Pokémon Presents livestream. There are a few speculations, however.

Scarlet and Violet's expansion, The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero, is already out. For this reason, trainers are expecting some new announcements, including upcoming games. But what are these new games?

A few days ago, a prominent Pokémon and Nintendo leaker known as Zippo claimed that two new mainline titles are coming this year. It was not clear if this means possibly a dual release, similar to Scarlet and Violet, or reference to two entirely separate games. For example, 2022 had Pokémon Legends: Arceus as well as Scarlet and Violet.

Scarlet and Violet were heavily criticized by game reviewers and Pokémon fans alike, with many claiming the games felt rushed and unfinished. With Palworld taking the gaming world by storm earlier this year as well, gamers are demanding higher quality Pokémon games. For this reason, The Pokémon Company claimed it might not have a "constant" release schedule anymore.

For this reason, it's unclear if there will be two big game announcements for this year. It's possible developers may wait for the delayed Nintendo Switch 2

We'll find out in a week!
