The Shadow Mewtwo Raid
The Shadow Mewtwo Raid will be available on March 30, 2024 at 10 am local time. This raid will be running until 10 pm which gives you 12 hours to participate.
The first appearance of Shadow Mewtwo was in 2020 during the GO Fest event. Since then, this Pokémon has popped up during various Research tasks as well as Giovanni's units. Defeating Shadow Mewtwo
The important thing is to focus on Shadow Mewtwo's weaknesses. Since it is a psychic type, it will be weak against Ghost, Bug, and Dark-type attacks. Keep in mind it will be resistant or immune to most psychic and fighting-type moves.
Watch out for the Confusion and Psycho Cut fast attacks Mewtwo will throw at you. As for charged attacks, your counters will be hit with Psychic, Flamethrower, Psystrike, Shadow Ball, Hyper Beam, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, and Ice Beam.

After defeating the Shadow Mewtwo raid, you will have a chance to capture it. It may break free from the Poké Ball a few times before you're able to actually capture it.
