Rob Zombie Would Like Those Dang Skateboarders To Be Quieter

Rob Zombie is known for his heavy metal oeuvre, but he evidently doesn't appreciate loud noise at all times of the day. The musician and his wife have asked the town of Woodbury, CT to find a solution for the skate park near the Zombie residence, as they find the noise pollution created by skateboarders aggravating.
Mr. & Mrs. Zombie are not battling the first-world problem alone—two other neighbors have voiced their displeasure. The town is going to try adding soundproof fabric to the fencing and stuff Styrofoam in the jumps, but if that doesn't help, and sufficient funding can be gathered, the skate park may be moved to a different location.
Zombie wants to make it clear, however, that he doesn't hate kids or skaters. He addressed the matter on his Facebook page:
It seems nuts to even have to address this but I guess I will. Some really crazy articles have popped up making claims about "hating skaters" and "hating children". None of this is true and it makes me sick that someone would print such lies.
There is a simple matter going on in which we are trying to find a solution that will make EVERYBODY happy. Unfortunately someone decided to turn it into a whole ugly event. What a bummer.
