New Northwestern Basketball Unis Look Like They're Covered in Clipart

The new Northwestern Basketball uniforms, designed by Under Armour, are also kinda-sorta designed by the Wildcats players themselves. Designers asked the players what made them tick and decided to integrate the feedback into the uniforms in the least subtle way possible: tons of icons on the uniforms themselves.
Notable markings are the words family, brotherhood and trust—defining terms chosen by the coaches and players as embodiments of the team. These words surround the school's large "N" logo on the side of the short. Chicago landmarks feature as well, notably the John Hancock Center, referencing the Northwestern's designation as the Windy City's Big10 team and the role of the vibrant center in the lives of the players. Coach Collin's mantra, Pound the Rock, and his call to "love the game!" (formed by a heart-shaped basketball) are also incorporated.
Apparently there's also a steak as...the players like steak. As you can see from this photo, the shorts got the worst of it:

I guess these digs aren't too surprising after Northwestern and Under Armour's previous collaboration: these unsettling bleeding American flag football helmets.
