Forza Motorsport 5 got motor-sportier today, thanks to downloadable content that delivers 10 new cars to the next-gen racer.
Dubbed the "Smoking Tire Car Pack," the new DLC will give players immediate access to the 1968 Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale in all game modes, while the other nine cars must, strangely enough, be unlocked with in-game currency. Classics like the 2011 Ferrari FF and 1992 Toyota Celica GT-Four ST185 are in the mix, though the aforementioned Stradale remains the standout.
It's fortunate that you won't have to pay to access content you just bought, but Forza's unlockable DLC approach remains a strange decision. Here's hoping the game's inevitable map expansions do away with the idea.
