Police arrested Ben Bratcher of Louisville after he allegedly drove his Mustang on to the infield of the Churchill Downs racetrack, doing over $1,000 in damage, according to The Courier-Journal.

Bratcher, a subcontractor installing seats at the Kentucky Derby's famous home, admits he drove on the infield but denies he did any damage to the grounds. He has been charged with first-degree felony mischief, and probably could be convicted entirely on the basis of this mugshot:
