"Hockey Moms" Reality Show Now Casting in Minnesota

What's the only thing that could make Lifetime's Dance Moms even better? The chance that someone could actually get punched in the face.  Minnesota production company McCally-Lee Entertainment is bringing that possibility to life with a show called Hockey Moms.

The company is looking for “lively and charismatic mothers in the region" (read: moms who will get in fights when their kids don't win) and “unique hockey families with unusual circumstances” (read: someone to be the one likeable character on the show). Families are encouraged to apply at the company’s website — http://www.mccallylee.com — until April 24.  Maybe this is the year I can finally watch a middle-aged mom give another middle-aged mom a bloody nose on basic cable.
