Yup, that's Dirk Nowitzki working on his yoga game with Mavs owner Mark Cuban. The ancient art has become a mainstay in the NBA and is practiced by LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin and Kevin Garnett, among others. SI Edge contributor Sarah Toland has a look at the growing popularity of yoga among today's athletes.

This Did Not Turn Out As Planned

It was a rainy night in Chicago on Wednesday and the White Sox decided to do their fans a solid by passing out white ponchos. Unfortunately, all the white ponchos made Chicago's game against the Angels look a bit like a KKK rally.

Feud Alerts!

Landon Donovan had been mostly taking the high road after being left off the U.S. World Cup roster by Jurgen Klinsmann, but the gloves appear to be off now. On Wednesday, Donovan criticized the U.S. coach for the team's on-field strategy and mindset going into the tournament. In women's tennis news, Martina Navratilova doesn't seem pleased with Serena Williams' decision to take the court on Tuesday for a match that she eventually forfeited due to sickness.

I wasn't sure who to choose for today's Throwback LLOD, but then I saw this post from Guyism titled "17 Jennifer Lopez GIFs that prove she doesn't age" and my decision was easy.

When Stealing In Baseball Goes Bad

Anderson Placido, a 20-year-old Class A pitcher in the Diamondbacks' system, was released earlier this week after he allegedly stole "valuables" from a teammate during a game. Even worse, he was released from the Indians in 2012 for the same offense.

Bad Tattoo of the Day

Brooke Tessmacher (aka - Brooke Adams) is an Impact Wrestling knockout and future LLOD. A Twitter user named @rammyrascal got Tessmacher's likeness tattooed on his arm, which would be a great gesture if the tattoo in any way resembled her.

Eugenie Bouchard: Pride of Canada

The Wimbledon finalist (watch her in the championship on Saturday at 9 a.m. ET) shared this Throwback Thursday photo. Bouchard is a Montreal native, which at least explains her love of Justin Bieber.

Chihuahua Does Yoga

I mentioned earlier how popular yoga was becoming among NBA players. Now it seems dogs are getting in on the fun too.
