The word "genius" gets thrown around a lot these days, so much so that the it has almost been rendered meaningless. But when considering this week's top concession item, I feel that no other word can possibly suffice. The Baco is a work of pure and utter genius, and I'd be remiss if I did not award it the highest honor possible for a concession food item. This item came to fruition after a winning an online vote amongst fans of the West Michigan Whitecaps, which should fully restore your faith in the democratic process.
