As fans in Cleveland (re)purchase their LeBron merchandise, one fan is trying to cash in by selling the ashes of his burned James jersey on eBay. Here's the description: "For sale is a 2009 LeBron James Cleveland Cavaliers Jersey. This jersey was burned to a crisp after he left for the Miami Heat, but luckily for you I saved all of the ashes. Figuring he would eventually come back to Cleveland I have carefully stored all of the ashes in an Urn for safe keeping and preservation."  As of this writing (7:36 a.m.), the highest bid is $7.50. Somewhere, Kate Upton is smiling.

New Feud Alert: Tennis Player vs. Drake

I don't follow tennis as closely as others, but consider me a fan of Nick Kyrgios. The Australian was asked why he dropped the first set of his Wimbledon match against Jiri Vesely and he put the blame squarely on Drake. "I came out really flat, so hopefully I won’t listen to that again," Kyrgios said. "It was actually Drake. Didn’t do the job for me." So instead of taking it in stride and laughing it off, Drake got all offended and said that he "wants to meet that guy and look him in the eye and see exactly who he is as a man and size him up and then chop him right down." 

WAG Update

Red Sox third baseman Will Middlebrooks and CBS reporter Jenny Dell got engaged over the weekend. Dell, a former Red Sox reporter for NESN, is one of the more underrated WAGs on the market.

Derek Fisher squeezes past Carmelo Anthony and converts a layup during a 2010 Lakers-Nuggets game. Fisher told the New York Post that he expects the Knicks to make the playoffs this season and win the championship. OK, I made up the last part but Fisher does think the team's current roster will make the postseason. And considering the Hawks made the playoffs last season with a 38-44 record, that's not exactly setting the ceiling very high.
