Below is footage of 14-year-old CJ Cummings, who set an all-ages American record in the 62-kg (roughly 137-pound) division Saturday by successfully completing a clean and jerk at 153 kilograms (that's just a hair over 337 pounds, FYI). 

Sheesh, kids these days. What with their Instagraming and their YouTube mashups and their frightening, record-setting body strength. No wonder the next generation is doomed.
