Whoops.
Baltimore Orioles center fielder Adam Jones made a routine catch in the third inning of the team's game against the Oakland Athletics on Sunday. He thought he made the catch to end the inning, casually running toward the Orioles' dugout.
The problem: It was only the second out of the inning. As a result, a very confused Yeonis Cespedes was able to jog home, tagging up on Josh Donaldson's fly ball. Jones, seemingly, wasn't the only one confused, as catcher Caleb Joseph and other Orioles also began to make their way off the field.
The Orioles ended up losing the game, 10-2.
