Are you aware of the Ben Affleck Birthday Curse? If not, here's a brief recap: Since 1997, the same year Good Will Hunting hit theaters, the Red Sox have never won on Affleck's birthday (August 15). Well, another August 15 has passed and, sorry, Ben, but the streak still stands, as the Red Sox lost to the Astros in extra innings.

At least Affleck seems to be taking the curse in good spirits. Here's what he tweeted before the game:

Other than the Oscar wins, and the beautiful actress wife, and the fact that he's playing Batman, Ben Affleck can't catch a break.
