Here are NC State's new black alternate uniforms
North Carolina State on Sunday unveiled its new, alternate uniforms, which it will wear next weekend in a game against Old Dominion.
On Sunday, North Carolina State unveiled its new, alternate uniforms, which it will wear next weekend in a game against Old Dominion. The jerseys feature four metallic Wolfpack claw swipes on each shoulder.
"Our equipment manager, Terry Calloway, myself, and Adidas brainstormed this uniform and helmet concept," head coach Dave Doeren said in a statement. "We wanted a special look that was unique and embodied the colors of the wolf and N.C. State. The alternate uniform will be great for team spirit and recruiting. It turned out as we wanted it to — as very special and unique to N.C. State and college football."
