Tigers rookies dress up ... as (shirtless, pantless) football players

The Detroit Tigers rookies dressed up as shirtless — and pantless — football players on dress-up day.

Last time we checked, the Detroit Tigers were a baseball team.

But their rookies look like they could be a team to reckoned with on the gridiron. Rookie dress-up day is often hilarious, and the Tigers didn't disappoint on Sunday, as their first-year guys dressed up as shirtless football players. Oh, and they weren't wearing pants, either.

Extra Mustard: Lane Kiffin's bio page may have been hacked.

The guys wore shoulder pads, high socks and some wore arm bands.

They took a photo in the clubhouse after Sunday's win over the Indians and then beat the Lions in a rare football doubleheader on Sunday.

OK, that last part isn't true. But it would've been pretty awesome if it were.
