As Derek Jeter prepares for his final game at Yankee Stadium and the fans who paid $845 per ticket pray for good weather, we take a look back at Derek Jeter's 15 SI Covers. Also worth checking out: 8-year-old Derek Jeter and his questionable penmanship.

Stevie Johnson's Fantasy Team

San Francisco receiver Stevie Johnson had one of the all-time great tweets this week when he said, "I drafted many of you to my fantasy work team so make sure to grab me some points today at your workplace. Don't let me down." This idea of an athlete having a fantasy team or ordinary people struck a chord and before long Johnson was getting stories from followers about how many points they had earned.

David and Goliath

I can't stop looking at this photo of Chargers 6-foot-9 offensive lineman King Dunlop blocking for 5-foot-10 Eddie Royal. It makes me think of that old Geto Boys song.

Throwback Lovely Lady of the Day

I was having a really difficult time choosing today's Throwback LLOD. At first I thought about Elisabeth Shue but there are no good pics. Then I considered Trishelle from Real World Las Vegas but not sure if she's really a throwback. Tea Leoni was also in the mix at one point but she's just kind of "eh" to me. So just as I was about to give up hope, cancel the Throwback Thursday idea and go with Samantha Hoopes for the 86th time, TLC's Waterfalls came on the radio. I took that as a clear sign and made them today's Throwback LLOD (click here for full-size gallery).

Hot Clicks Update

I'm going to Seattle and Bellingham for a few days and am leaving Hot Clicks to the law firm of Blackburn, Winkie and Maloy. Please be gentle. I'll be back on Wednesday. In the meantime, follow me on Twitter for exciting trip updates!
