Since the team has 105 players and there are seemingly endless variations of chin straps and face masks and other customization options, the process can be time consuming. Team equipment manager Ken Farr says the whole build will take upwards of four hours just for one game's helmets.

Keeping the Ducks on the field looking good isn't easy, but the team's equipment staff seems dedicated to the task.
