A former circus lion plays with a ball inside a cage at a temporary refuge in Lima, Peru. Animal Defenders International (ADI) and Peruvian authorities helped rescue 21 lions in Peru from various traveling circuses. Once other rescued felines are brought to Peru from Colombia and Argentina, a total of 44 felines will be taken to the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Denver at the beginning of 2015. In Peru, it's illegal to use wild animals in a circus.

Ranking the NBA's Biggest Trash Talkers

Athlon Sports ranked the NBA's five best trash talkers and three members of the list are over the age of 35, which is not a good sign for fans of NBA trash-talk. At least they have the memories.

Busted!

Ever feel like the beer you drink at a sporting event is slightly watered down? If you felt that way at CenturyLink Field recently, you may have been right. KOMO News in Seattle conducted an experiment and discovered that some of the stadium's brews had alcohol levels more than a half percent lower than the advertised number. The Red Hook No Equal brand, for instance, tested at 4.8 percent alcohol content against an advertised content of 5.2 percent, while Bass Pale Ale and Budweiser were each off by 0.6 percent.

Andre Agassi. Trophy Destroyer

Brooke Shields' memoir There Was a Little Girl: The Real Story of My Mother and Me comes out next week. In it, she reveals a fascinating story about Andre Agassi. Shields, if you recall, appeared on an episode of Friends playing an obsessive soap opera fan. In the scene, Shields licked Joey's (Matt LeBlanc) hand. This act led to Agassi going bonkers and destroying "every single trophy he had won, including Wimbledon and the U.S. Open, never mind all the others.”
