Johnny Manziel's girlfriend wants the Browns to put him in the game

Johnny Manziel's girlfriend Colleen Crowley wanted the Browns to put him in against the Falcons.

Browns rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel hasn't gotten too many opportunities in the NFL yet in his young career. The Heisman Trophy winner has played just five snaps this season after losing a preseason quarterback battle to veteran Brian Hoyer, who has led Cleveland to a 7-4 record this season.

Sunday wasn't Hoyer's best day, as he threw three interceptions and no touchdowns. Naturally, people on Twitter started calling for the Browns to give Manziel a chance, especially as Cleveland faced a potential defeat to the Atlanta Falcons

One of those people was Manziel's girlfriend, Colleen Crowley.

Unfortunately for Crowley, Browns coach Mike Pettine had other ideas, sticking with Hoyer through the end of the game. And despite the rough day, the decision paid off, as Hoyer led a drive in the final 44 seconds that resulted in a game-winning field goal by Billy Cundiff.

For now, all remains right in Cleveland, but Manziel and Crowley may still need to wait a bit for his big break.
