Joffrey Lupul was asked if he had a girlfriend and things got awkward

The Maple Leafs visited The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto on Thursday so the patients there could meet some of their favorite athletes. Some of the kids even got to interview the players on camera. 

One kid asked Korbinian Holzer why he started playing hockey and Holzer gave a really sweet answer about how it's fun to hang out with your friends. But things got a little weird when another kid asked Joffrey Lupul if he had a girlfriend. "Um, no, but kind of," Lupul stammered. "I don't even know how to explain it."

Props to that kid for keeping Lupul on his toes. He'll make a great reporter some day.
