U.S. women's national team forward Alex Morgan married Houston Dynamo midfielder Servando Carrasco on New Year's Eve.

U.S. women's national team forward Alex Morgan married boyfriend Servando Carrasco on New Year's Eve, according to People Magazine.

Carrasco is a midfielder for the Houston Dynamo of the MLS. The wedding was held at Rancho Dos Pueblos in Santa Barbara, California, in front of 180 guests, according to People. Several members of the USWNT were in attendance.

"We are both so happy, grateful and excited to start our lives together as Mr. and Mrs. Carrasco," said Morgan. "I truly married my best friend."
