Messi is allegedly very angry that he did not start in the team's recent loss to Real Sociedad, which has some thinking that Chelsea may make an offer for the four-time Ballon d'Or winner, according to 101greatgoals.com and Spanish radio station Cadena Copa.

While this all falls squarely into the category of "rampant speculation," it is enough to send fans of both teams to twitter in fits of sorrow and joy.
