Junior guard Jamie O'Hare took advantage of an oblivious defender on a late inbounds pass, throwing the ball off the opponent's back. O'Hare caught her own pass and hit a nifty over-the-shoulder layup for what ended up being the last basket of the game.

Lafayette improved to 11-9 on the season and 4-5 in the Patriot League, while Colgate dropped to 3-17 and 2-7 in-conference.
