Steve Kerr is coaching the Western Conference in Sunday night's All-Star Game at Madison Square Garden.

Prior to the game, he was caught on camera designing a play in the huddle.

The play, which comprised a vague passing sequence leading into a shot, sounded as though it had little chance of actually succeeding.

"One of you guys get it and, like, throw it to one of the other guys, and then you throw it to someone else and then you shoot," Kerr said.

Kerr, who was hired last May, has led the Golden State Warriors to the best record (42-9) in the Western Conference at the All-Star break.
