Johnson and a friend were walking by a tattoo shop when they decided to "do something dumb," the 29-year-old D.C. resident told The Washington Post, so he decided to get "Nationals World Series Champs 2015" scrawled on his foot in his own handwriting.
Outside of his mother, who asked if he could wash it off, Johnson said the response has been positive since he posted his new ink on Facebook, and adds that should things not go the Nationals way this season, there is room to change the number to 2016.

In honor of this outrageous ink, SI.com takes a look at other fans and their sports tattoos.
