The Washington Nationals are the current favorites to win the 2015 World Series at seven-to-one, but that does not make what Pete Johnson did on Sunday a good idea.

Johnson and a friend were walking by a tattoo shop when they decided to "do something dumb," the 29-year-old D.C. resident told The Washington Post, so he decided to get "Nationals World Series Champs 2015" scrawled on his foot in his own handwriting.

Outside of his mother, who asked if he could wash it off, Johnson said the response has been positive since he posted his new ink on Facebook, and adds that should things not go the Nationals way this season, there is room to change the number to 2016.

Murray snapped a 77-year drought for British men at Wimbledon on July 7, 2013, but one fan will never forget the victory, having Murray tattooed on his bottom after losing a bet the 27-year-old made with his friends.

In honor of this outrageous ink, SI.com takes a look at other fans and their sports tattoos.
