Florida Panthers score insane diving goal

A 54-year-old Corpus Christi, Texas, man has set a new Guinness world record for most pull-ups done in one day with an astonishing 4,321.

Mark Jordan undertook the task in November  2014 to raise money for Hammons Education Leadership programs, but received official confirmation from Guinness on Wednesday.

Jordan told KRIS-6 that he hopes to inspire other people to discover the joys of working out, and the importance of maintaining proper health.

"This is about a message that it's important to be able to take care of your health, address your health in many ways, no matter what age you are," said Jordan. "The benefits are something that can not only help you, but allows you to be able to provide guidance and inspire others as well."
