Jonathan Papelbon wore Carlos Ruiz's jersey and pitched terribly

For whatever reason, Jonathan Papelbon decided to wear catcher Carlos Ruiz's jersey during his spring training appearance on Thursday, or maybe they just mixed up their laundry.

Papelbon pitched just about as well as you'd expect a catcher to pitch. He gave up four runs on four hits, including a home run, and only recorded one out.

Of the three batters to drive in a run against Papelbon, only one has any major league experience: Joey Butler, who has 28 plate appearances in his career.
Maybe he should stick to wearing No. 58.
