Conan O'Brien is trying to help improve one of college basketball's most peculiar mascots, UC Irvine's Peter the Anteater.

The late night host tried to elevate the school's mascot from the bumbling anteater into something more noble with some leftovers from his costume department and ends up with a Conan Tiger Chicken amalgamation.

The new mascot may not be easy on the eyes, but it seems like the teams new chant "Tiger Chicken Conan With a Trident Who Eats Guacamole!" is sure to be ringing from the rafters of the Bren Events Center next season.
