Tanguy Pepiot of Oregon was excited about his performance at the Pepsi Team Invitational track event and was looking for a little love from the crowd for his soon-to-be first place finish in the steeplechase event.
The problem is he had not yet finished the race and Meron Simon of Washington used Pepiot's celebration as an opening to use his last burst of speed to grab the victory, teaching the Ducks runner an important lesson in humility.
