The Thunder failing to make the playoffs this year was cause for much celebration in the Emerald City, including a party hosted by Sonics superstar Shawn Kemp.
The party was held on Thursday night, and while it seems to have been planned long before the Thunder were eliminated, the promoter saw an opportunity and seized on it.
