Competitive eater Molly Schuyler is a case study in not judging a book by its cover, as the diminutive mother of four took down the competition and set a new world record by eating three 72-ounce steak dinners, complete with sides, in just 20 minutes.

In addition to the massive pieces of meat, each dinner at the Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo includes a baked potato, a shrimp cocktail, a salad and a roll, and Schuyler finished her first one in just four minutes and 18 seconds, which broke a record she set last year by 40 seconds.

According to the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, after finishing her third dinner, Schuyler even started to dig into a fourth, but decided against it as she was "sick of the taste."
