Watch: Shawn Oakman does 40" box jump with 70-pound dumbbells

Baylor defensive end Shawn Oakman pulled off an impressive box jump.

Baylor defensive end Shawn Oakman is probably most known for his intimidating photo that spurred an Internet meme, but he's making waves again with his latest off-season activity.

The 6'9," 280-pound Oakman pulled off an impressive feat, showing he's got the athleticism to go along with his massive frame.

It wasn't the 61" box jump that Texans defensive end J.J. Watt did, but Oakman took box-jumping to a new level by doing a 40" jump...while holding 70-pound dumbbells in each hand. 

Oakman is No. 1 on SI.com's first 2016 NFL mock draft, and athleticism like the below is only going to help that case.
