The Rockets center started things off with a T-bone steak and scrambled eggs for breakfast, swapping out the hash browns for a bowl of grits to go along with his two pieces of toast.
That was not enough to satisfy the big man though, as he also ordered the chain’s namesake waffle to finish off the meal.
In total, the meal came out to just under a thousand calories, according to MyFitneesPal's calculator, which hopefully was enough to keep Howard full until lunchtime rolled around.
