Nick Bonino’s dog Kali models his new Penguins gear

Nick Bonino is joining the Penguins on the ice next season after spending last season in a Canucks uniform.

In an effort to get acclimated to his new team, he posted a photo of his dog Kali wearing his new Pittsburgh jersey and even threw some gloves and a stick into the equation to maximize how adorable the picture is.

One of the center’s followers noticed that Bonino’s gumball machine in the background appeared to be empty, but the newest Penguin and Kali took another photo to let everyone know that the machine is actually filled with jelly beans, and has few left before a refill is needed.

Bonino also let his followers know that Kali eats sleeps and breathes hockey.
