Watch: Russell Wilson dances alongside Taylor Swift, Ciara

Russell Wilson joined Taylor Swift on stage for a little dance.

Russell Wilson looks like he's recovering from his Super Bowl-losing interception pretty well.

He's struck up a romance with Ciara, he signed a huge contract extension and Saturday night he lived the dream of millions by sharing the stage with Taylor Swift.

Swift, whose concert tour was rolling through Seattle, brought both Wilson and Ciara on stage. The excitement was high, even if Wilson's dance moves weren't totally up to the level of his quarterback play. 

All Wilson is really asked to do here is give Swift a little side-to-side action with the arm, although he looks like he's giving a terrible wave at first. Maybe Wilson is trying not to put any stress on his throwing shoulder:
