Tom Brady ‘Vindicated’ t-shirt apparently on sale at Gillette Stadium
Apparently the New England Patriots aren’t done enjoying Tom Brady’s vindication in the Deflategate scandal. According to one reporter at Gillette Stadium for Thursday night’s NFL opener between New England and the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Patriots are openly celebrating on shirts being sold at the stadium.
The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review’s Mark Kaboly tweeted the image below of a “Vindicated” t-shirt being sold at Gillette Stadium hours before kickoff. Assuming this is a sanctioned item up for sale, it’s remarkable to see the Patriots continue to embrace the aftermath of the saga that had the entire football world worn out long before its conclusion.
Although, maybe we shouldn’t be too surprised—this is the franchise that had plans to raise a banner for Brady if his four-game suspension was upheld by federal judge Richard Berman.
