Cena got on the microphone and spoke about 7-year-old Kiara Grindrod, who had recently discovered that her cancer was in remission, and was in attendance that night, before heading into the crowd with Sting to greet the inspirational fan.

Cena has gone out of his way for kids battling cancer before, inviting a young fan holding an “I am beating cancer” sign into the ring and taking photos with him while he held the WWE star’s championship belt.
