NBA media day is more than just when players tell reporters that they “are in the best shape of their lives” and “feel like this team can accomplish something special.” It is also when they film much of the goofiness that fills the jumbotron during breaks in play.

For the Heat superstar that meant donning some sunglasses and a hat and heading back to 1995 to lip sync Montell Jordan’s This Is How We Do It, a song beloved by everyone from OG macks to wanna-be players.

Udonis Haslem also got in on the game with a rendition of K-Ci & JoJo’s slow jam “All My Life.”
