While that may be the future of post-goal antics, a Danish player is looking to the past to celebrate a successful penalty kick with one of the oldest celebrations known to mankind: chugging beer.

Nicki Bille Nielsen buried a penalty kick in extra time of a Danish Superliga game and celebrated the game-tying score by grabbing a fan’s beer and chugging it. 

Hopefully the Esbjerg player bought the supporter a new beer after play ended.
